Step By Step Method

  • Preparation Steps for Chicken Drumstick Biriyani 1) Marinate chicken drumstick for 20 minutes (with salt, ginger-garlic paste and haldi) 2) Soak rice for 20 minutes 3) Blend green paste using mixer (coriander leaves, green chilli and pudina leaves) 4) Fry the spices on a pan (oil, cinnamon, haldi, pulao leaves, cloves, elaichi, sompu and pepper) 5) Fry chopped onions with ginger-garlic paste, tomato, chicken drumstick, green paste and curds 6) Add all dry powders (garam masala, red chilli powder, and dhaniya powder) 7) Add required amount of water, soaked rice and salt 8) Cook until the pressure cooker whistles twice 9) Yummy Biriyani is ready to serve Preparation Steps for Liver Curry 1) Fry all ingredients on a pan (Oil, onion, ginger-garlic paste, tomato, dry powders, liver, salt) 2) Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. 3) Add lemon juice 4) Liver Curry is ready to serve Serving 1) Serve yummy chicken drumstick biriyani on a plate 2) Serve liver curry and raitha in bowls 3) Garnish with cucumber slices, onions and coriander leaves Yummy Chicken Drumstick Biriyani with Liver Curry and Raitha is ready to savour.
