Atta 1/2 Kg The amount of Vegetable gratings should be equal to that of the flour. After mixing the Flour with the grated vegetables and curd the atta is ready for the preparation of Parata.


Wheat Flour , Gooseberry ( Amla) Vegetables- Carrot, Onion, Beans, Radish, Turnip, chayote (Seeme badnekaay), cucumber, Ash Pumpkin, (which all we can eat raw). Greens - Fenugreek leaves (Methi), Coriander, Curry Leaves, Brahmi Leaves Salt ,Red chilli powder, Green chilli, Om Kalu curd

Step By Step Method

  • 1) Vegetables should be grated , Greens are to be cut in small pcs. 2) Green Chilies with curry leaves are to be included in the grind to get Green Spicy Paste. 3) Mix the above things with wheat flour and curd 4) The Atta is ready for Paratas.
