This dish is great for breakfast. An epitome of nutrition.It is rich in protein, carbohydrates, vitamin B and iron. Adding veggies not only makes it tastier but also healthier. It's an oil free recipe. The nutrients present in rava are heart healthy. Also, the selenium content in it is said to be good for immune system. Rava is a good source of iron, it prevents anemia & enhances your blood circulation.


Carrots-3 Capsicum- 1 Onion- 1 French Beans- 100gm Rawa- 1 cup 4 cup milk Coriander 2 tbsp Green chillies-2-3 Salt to taste

Step By Step Method

  • In a saucepan add milk and chopped vegetables(carrots, capsicum,onion, French beans) Boil the milk on medium flame and stir occasionally till the vegetables are tender and cooked. In a frypan add rawa. Dry roast the rawa for 2 minutes and keep aside Add chopped green chillies and coriander to the milk saucepan. Cook for a minute Slowly add the rawa to the saucepan stirring continuously so that there are no lumps. Simmer and let it cook for 8-10 mins Transfer to any heart shape dish or baking tray and let it set. Unmold from the baking tray.
