Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat flour and 3/4 cup Besan
  • Half bunch Methi (Fenugreek leaves)
  • Half tablespoon yoghurt (curd)
  • Half teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • Ghee for cooking
  • Water for making the dough

Step By Step Method

    •   Mix and knead a soft dough with flour, besan while adding methi, yogurt, and other ingredients.
    •   Prepare small balls from the dough and roll them into thin circles.
    •   Take Prestige Tawa and heat it.
    •   Grease it with oil and put the rolled thepla on the tawa and cook it on medium flame.
    •   Serve it hot with sweet yogurt.
