Wheat flour. 1 cup Gram flour. 1/2cup All purpose flour. 1tsp Salt. Red chilli powder Cumin powder Coriander powder Chat masala Green chilli paste Oil Milk Chopped garlic.onion and capsicum All purpose flour Milk Cream Cheese Chilli flakes Pizza seasoning Butter

Step By Step Method

  • Mix all these together and make it into dough and rest for half an hour. Now make TEPLAS and roast on both sides with butter and make pieces and grind into powder in a mixer. Now add oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds and chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and fry untill brown now add chopped capsicum and again fry for few minutes and add TEPLA CHUR(POWDER). CHEESY SAUCE 😍 Dry roast 1tsp all purpose flour and transfer it into bowl and add milk and make slurry.now add little butter in a pan and add finely chopped garlic and fry untill brown. Now add milk and little fresh cream and boil .now add all purpose flour slurry and mix well with out lumps. Now add salt and pepper and grated cheese .Now boil untill sauce consistency. Atlast add little chilli flakes and pizza herbs. Now arrange in a jar one layer of cheesy sauce and again tepla churmur and again cheesy sauce.
