Ingredients

•    Slim Milk    :    70ml
•    Full Fat Milk    :    80ml
•    Yogurt    :    1 tbsp

Step By Step Method

  • 1)Mix everything together and pour
    the mixture in the glass jar.
    2)Place the jar in the Prestige Yogurt
    Maker for 6 hours or until done.
    Now repeat the same with all the
    6 jars.
    3)Chill overnight.
     
    For the Salad Ingredients
     
    •    Bulgur Broken wheat
        (boiled and strained)    :    50 gms
    •    Chopped Parsley        :    1 tbsp
    •    Fresh lemon juice        :    1/2 a lemon
    •    Cherry tomatoes
        (halved)        :    5 nos
    •    Olive oil        :    1 tbsp
    •    Crushed black
        pepper        :    ½ tsp
    •    Salt to taste
     
    Method
     
    4)Mix the salad ingredients in a bowl.
    Do the same for all the jars.
    5)Layer the salad with the yogurt.
    6) Do the same for all the jars and serve.
