It is a south Indian sweet which cures severe jaundice.


Ingredients

10 glass sugar cane juice . Half cup rice. 2 table spoon poppy seeds. 5-6 cardamom. 50 grams Jaggery. 100gms grated coconut.

Cookwares

1 vessel Spoon and 1 plate .

Step By Step Method

  • 1.Soak rice for half an hour. 2.Grind poppy seeds,grated coconut,cardamom and add pinch of salt while grinding. 3. Boil sugar cane juice for 10-15mins. 4. After boiling add grinded paste to it. 5. Mix it well and boil it for 15mins. 6. It becomes thick after boiling . 7. Apply a ghee to a plate and pour the prepared dish to the plate. 8.Once it cools down cut it in to the small small pieces. Yummy South Indian dessert is now ready to eat.
