Cucumber and Sprout Salad


Cucumber , sprouts , coriander leaves , grated coconut, lemon juice , asafoetida, salt, mustard seeds and one tablespoon ghee, green chili optional

Step By Step Method

  • Soak green gram overnight , drain and tie with Muslin cloth , either cut or grate cucumbers for the mix , grate coconut, chop up coriander leaves , mix ingredients well , add seasoning such as mustard seeds and salt and add lemon juice for tanginess, serve chilled
