15 Soaked and peeled Almonds

1 small ripe Banana

½ cup of cut Pineapple

1 small ripe Mango

¼ teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder

1 chopped Date

2 tablespoons of Roasted Oats

1 teaspoon of Flax Seeds



Step By Step Method

  • Take a blender, put in the soaked and peeled Almonds in. Add ½ a cup of water and run the blender for 30 seconds. A smooth Almond Milk is got now. To this add all the cut fruits, chopped Date, Oats powder, Cinnamon powder and Flax seeds and again blend together till you get a smooth blend. Now pour this into a large mug and serve the delicious smoothie.
