Step By Step Method

  • 1. In a mixi jar take 4 cups of raw rice. 2. Make that rice to tiny rava form. 3. Shift this into a bowl. 4. Now in the same jar add toor dal n fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds make it fine flour. 5. MIX well both rice rava n toor dal flour. 6. If this flour is 1 cup water is 3 cups. 1:3 7. Take heavy bottomed vessel add water, salt, bring it to boil, when it is boiling add grated coconut mix well add that rice rava n toor dal mix slowly without lumps. Mix well and cook on low flame. For 10 to 12 mins. Consistency should be we can able to do pattice. Take small portion n mix well using palm u can use water for Mixing n making pattice. 13. Take orange size dough n make pattice 14. Heat the tava add oil arrange pattice and close the lid. Leave it to cook for 2 to 3 mins and then flip n close the lid add oil accordingly. 15. Yummy rice toor dal pattice is ready to eat. 16. Best combination is onion Chutney.
