1 cup of washed and soaked ragi , 6 cup of water , 1 cup of jaggery, 4 elakki

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1. Take ragi milk from soaked ragi Step 2. Add another 6 cup of water Step3 . Add jaggery and check the sweet Step 4. Add elakki powder Note after mixing all , our measurements should be equal to 6 or 6.5 cup . Step 5. Cook this in normal vessels only, Keep on steering for 15 minute. And this dessert is ready Put in plates and keep in freeze for 10 minutes.
