Ingredients

  • Poha (chivda)
  • Finely chopped onion, green chilly, tomatoes, and potato.
  • Curry leaves
  • Sugar and salt as per taste
  • Lemon juice
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Step By Step Method

    • Wash Poha in a colander 10 minutes prior and leave it to drain.
    • Heat the oil in a pan. Saute finely chopped onion with green chillies. Add tomatoes and potato to the mixture and cook it on low flame.
    • Add turmeric powder.
    • Add drained Poha into the pan.
    • Add salt and sugar as per your taste.
    • Garnish with the freshly chopped coriander leaves and squeeze lemon as per your taste.
    • Serve hot!
