Fettuccine Alfredo is a pasta dish made from fettuccine tossed with Parmesan cheese and butter. Enjoy this creamy pasta sauce without compromising on flavour and cut back on fat by using skim milk.


  • PASTA - 100 GM
  • MILK - 50 GM
  • FLOUR - 15 GM
  • BUTTER - 15 GM
  • MUSHROOM - 30 GM
  • CHEESE - 20 GM
  • GARLIC-10 GM

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1. Boil pasta in hot water for 10 mins.

    Step 2. Make Alfredo sauce with milk, flour and mushroom.

    Step 3. Then take a Prestige Non-Stick frying pan and saute garlic in low heat

    Step 4. Add the alfredo sauce with Continental herbs after that

    Step 5. Add boiled pasta and mix continuously till the pasta absorbs the alfredo sauce to make nice Alfredo pastas.
