This is an enriching clear juice with fantastic properties to reduce cholesterol levels and to boost your immune system.


1 bunch parsley washed and chopped

1 ½ lemon cut into slices

500 ml of water



Step By Step Method

  • Boil the water and switch off the gas. Add in the chopped parsley and slices of Lemon. Keep the vessel covered and let it steep till cool. Then once at room temperature, drink the juice.
