It's one of my dishes loved by all ,for it's flavour and taste and can be had as a starter, lunch or even snacks


Paneer Capsicum Tomato Besan Curd Chilli powder Ginger garlic paste Haldi Kasuri methi Salt Chat masala Garam masala Dough: Atta, milk and salt


Bowl for mixing, kadai for saute and tawa for making chapathi, and ladle to stir.

Step By Step Method

  • Add salt and milk in atta and make a dough. In a bowl add desseded tomato ,paneer cubes or grated,haldi, redchillie powder, garam masala,ginger and garlic paste, besan, salt, kasuri methi,curd, mix all and keep it marinated for min of 30 MTS. In a pan add oil ,add capsicum pieces,then add this mixture and saute till the water is absorbed. Roll out chapathi and half cook on a tawa,then spread mayonnaise or ketchup or sliced onions and keep this filling and roll it ,place on tawa drizzle oil and cook it. Paneer Frankie is ready
