Dates and Cashews ladoos are vitalising and fulfill your sweet cravings.


  • 20 pitted dates or deseeded dates
  • ¼ cup of mixed dry fruits
  • like- Almonds
  • walnuts and cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp of desiccated coconut.


Step By Step Method

  • Dry roast the nuts for a few minutes and coarsely grind them. Soften the dates in a pan by heating uniformly till soft. Blend the dates. Then blend the dates, nuts and 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut together. Now knead them together with your hands for a perfect blend. Divide them into uniform balls and roll them in desiccated coconut for the extra flavour and punch. Have them anytime as a mid meal snack as an energy booster.
