Step By Step Method

  • 1Soak the dals overnight, soak sago separately. 2 grind the dals to course paste अलोंग with ginger. 3 Heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin, Green chillies,haldi, hing, Curry leaves, and soaked sago . Shallow fry for some time, add ground dal paste salt and keep stirring continuosly. After some time cover it with lid to get it steam cooked.once it is well cooked squeeze lemon, add little sugar. Garnish it with coriander and grated coconut.
