Kids dont like to eat green vegetables so I tried to make it healthy n tasty n filling meal


Ingredients

For Dough 1)Whole wheat Flour -2 cups 2) Methi leaves -1Cup 3)Ginger ,Garlic-1 tsp 4)Green chilli crushed- 1tsp 5)Red chilli Powder- 1tsp 6)Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp 7)Coriander Powder-1 tsp 8) Cumin powder-1/4 tsp 9)Besan-2 tbsp 10)Curd -3Tbsp 11)1 tsp oil 12) Water 1 cup or as required 13)Desi Ghee 14)Salt to taste For Stuffing 1)Paneer- 1cup 2)Coriander leaves 3 tbsp 3)Chilli powder 1tsp 4)Butter 1.5 tbsp 4)Salt to taste

Step By Step Method

  • In a bowl take wheat flour, chopped methi, besan,ginger n garlic paste,chilli paste,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder and curd mix it add water little by little and knead it till it becomes a dough apply 1tsp of oil to it .Dough should neither be soft nor hard it should be medium. let it rest for 15 minutes For stuffing - crush the paneer add chilli powder, coriender leaves, butter and salt mix it well n make 5 balls out of it stuff the paneer balls into chapati dough n with the help of rolling pin roll out the parathas n roast them on tava with some desi ghee on it.Serve these parathas with butter, pickle,chutney and curd.
