This cigars are best for valentine as they are made without wasting time but it also taste yummy and presentation is awesome which can be the best gift for our valentine


For green chutney: 1 cup fresh corriender 1/2 cup mint leaves 3 green chilli’s 1 tbsp lemon juice Pinch black salt Salt as per taste 1 small peice ginger For cigar: 150 gm Panner 1 cup semolina 1 tsp black pepper powder Salt as per taste 2 cup water 1 tbsp black and white sesame seeds 1/2 cup oil for shallow fry 1 tbsp oil for making semolina dough 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder

Step By Step Method

  • (1) For making green chutney in a mixy jar add corriender, mint leaves, green chilli, ginger, lemon juice, black salt, salt and little bit of water churn it and make chutney. (2) Now cut panner in long strips then add salt,black pepper powder, green chutney then marinate panner for 15 minutes and keep it aside. (3) Now in a pan take 2 cups of water then add salt, red chilli powder and 1 tbsp oil boil it and then add semolina mix it properly make dough from it and at last add sesame seeds. As this mixture gets cool on room temperature smooth it with palm. (4) Now take small amount of dough flatten it keep panner on it cover it and give the shape of cigars. (5) Now in hot oil shallow fry the cigars till it gets chrisp. (6) Serve this cigars with ketchup to your valentine.
