Churn in the rich flavour of fresh, ripe and sweet mangoes into milk with a few saffron strands for an energizing drink.


2 medium sized alphonso mangoes

2 cups of milk ( Almond or cashew milk can also be used)

2 teaspoons of sugar or jaggery

Pinch of saffron

2 teaspoons of rosewater

Dry fruits like cashew, almonds or pistachios for garnish

Step By Step Method

  • Wash the mangoes, peel and cut mango pulp into small pieces. Add the mango pulp, sugar and milk, saffron into the blender and blend till smooth. Garnish with a few saffron strands and dry fruits and serve chilled.
