A cooling beverage with the goodness of mango, yogurt and sugar with a dash of cardamom flavour.


2 cups of peeled, chopped ripe mangoes

1 ½ cups of plain yogurt

2-3 tablespoons of sugar

¼ teaspoon of cardamom powder

2 teaspoons of rosewater

4-5 ice cubes

Step By Step Method

  • First blend the sugar and mangoes in the blender until smooth, then blend it again after adding in the rosewater, yogurt, cardamom powder and ice cubes for that enriched taste. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
