A healthy snack with all fresh ingredients put together with a dash of lime to add to the tanginess


2 mangoes peeled, seeded and diced

1 cucumber peeled, seeded and diced

2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped

1 clove minced garlic

1 large onion finely diced

3 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh cilantro

1-1 ½ teaspoons of lime juice as per taste

Salt and pepper for seasoning

Step By Step Method

  • Toss in all the above ingredients in a large mixing bowl and add the salt, pepper and lime juice and mix them up well. Serve it chilled after refrigerating it for at least 2 hours.
