Malai Chicken croquettes are a delicious fried food made from chicken mince, milk cream, bread , coated with egg and bread crumb. They are tasty and are also one of those home style dishes that can easily be made at home too. The outside of the crocquette is a perfect golden-brown colour, that gives a wonderful “Crunch!” sound as you bite into it… Inside is the ideal creamy texture, with the perfect blend of chicken mince, cream, bread and spices.


Boneless chicken- 250 gms White bread - 5 slices Milk cream- 3 tbsp Eggs- 2 Bread crumb- 200 gms Green chillies- 10-12 Pepper (crushed) - 2 tsp Coriander leaves - handful Salt- to taste Oil for deep frying


Kadai-1 Mixing bowls-2 (big) Small bowl - 1 Flat plates -2 Chopping board-1 Knife-1 Blender-1 Laddle for frying Plate for serving Ketchup bowls -2 small

Step By Step Method

  • Boil chicken, mince it, wet bread slices and add into chicken mince, add fresh cream along with spices and mix well. Make desired shape, coat with egg and bread crumb. Deep fry. Serve hot with mayonnaise or tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
