This is a samosa made out of white butter. It is not fried, in fact, it is served chilled to keep the white butter intact. It is kept refrigerated till it is served.


200 grams white butter

400 grams khoya

15 grams of finely cut almonds

15 grams of finely cut pistachios

10 grams of finely cut cashew nuts

10 grams of raisins

150 grams of powdered sugar

1 gram of saffron

Step By Step Method

  • Combine the khoya, dry fruits, saffron and sugar into a dough. Roll them into thin chapatis. Now fill in the butter and fold it in the shape of a samosa. Take care that the butter doesn’t melt during this procedure. The samosas are ready now and are kept refrigerated until they are served.
