  1. Basmati rice- 1/2 cup (soak in water for 2 hours)

  2. Shredded coconut -1/2 cup

  3. Ripe Banana-1 or 2

  4. 1 bowl fruits (cut into very small cubes)

  5. sugar 1/2 cup (depends on your taste)

  6. Black Pepper coarsely powdered 1/2 tsp

  7. Cardamom coarsely powdered 1/2 tsp

  8. Chena (homemade paneer) 1/2 cup

  9. Grated ginger 1/2 inch

  10. Sugar cane 1/2 cup (skinned and cut into small cubes)

Step By Step Method

    • Grind the rice with 1 cup milk and coconut keep in a mixing bowl .
