Step By Step Method

  • Add curd to rav in ration of 1:2 . Add little water to bring consistency. Keep the batter to rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile make paste of 1/4 inch ginger and two chillies. Add paste into the mixture. Add salt to taste.. Prepare Prestige Kadhai with hot water and oiled the idli stand. Just before pouring batter into stand, mix 1/2 packet of eno . Dont mix the batter too much...just let the bubble to spread in whole batter. Now pour the batter into idli stand and keep the kadhai on medium to high flame for 10 mins. Check with knife in between. If loose , than keep more for 5 mins. Idli are ready to eat with green chutney.
