Pumpkin in your soup with the goodness of herbs makes you feel protected and snug on a wet rainy day.


  • 4 cups Vegetable Stock
  • 3 cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup chopped Onion
  • 2 pods of minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped Parsley
  • ½ teaspoon of chopped Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter
  • ½ cup fresh Cream

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1

    Heat the butter in a saucepan, saute the onions and garlic till tender.

    Step 2

    Now add the vegetable stock and pumpkin puree. Cook the contents for 10 minutes.

    Step 3

    Now add the salt, pepper and cream. Boil it further for 5 minutes.

    Step 4

    Remove from the heat source and serve hot garnished with thyme and parsley.
