In this recipe, I have used fresh green paste( which is made out of fresh coriander leaves & mint leaves) in Raita also an in rice also

Ingredients for Haryali Biryani: 1 cup basmati rice Salt to taste 1/2 cup green paste( coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies) 1 cup mixed vegetables ( carrots, beans, peas) 1 tsp oil 1 tsp garam masala pd 1tbsp biryani masala pd Ingredients for Moti: 1 slab panneer 1 tbsp cornflour Salt to taste Oil for frying Pinch of garam masala pd 4to5 lotus stem 1 silver varak

Step By Step Method

  • Method for Haryali Biryani: soak basmati rice for 1/2 an hour. Then in the cooker add oil, add chopped onion an mix well. Then add the green paste( coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies,) keep stirring till oil comes out. Then add the vegetables add biryani pd, garam masala pd an mix well. Then add rice an water an salt an pressure cook it for 1 whistle. Method for Moti: In a bowl add panneer crumple it nicely. Then add the lotus stem smash it nicely an mix . Then add salt , cornflour, garam masala pd an mix well. Then make small round balls an deep fry it . Then add the rice in the plate . Then put the Moti on top of the biryani add silver vark on top of it
