200 grams of 2 Boneless Chicken breasts

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

½ a cup of freshly chopped coriander

1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste

2 teaspoons of freshly crushed black peppercorns

2 pinches of lemon zest

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons of oil



Mixing bowl

1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon

Mixing spatula

Cutting board

A knife

A Grater

A silicone brush


Step By Step Method

  • Chop the fresh coriander finely, place it in the mixing bowl.

    Grate 2 pinches of the lemon rind into the bowl.

    Add ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper and oil and mix it up well.

    Add the Chicken into this mixture and ensure it is coated well.

    Let it marinate for 20 minutes.

    Preheat the Multi-utility Airfryer for 3-4 minutes.

    Coat the grill rack with oil and place the chicken over them.

    Set the preset cooking mode into play to grill the chicken.

    Once the timer goes off, you can retrieve the grilled chicken with the flavour of lime and coriander finely incorporated in it.
