Step By Step Method

  • Make poha to coarse powder then add sambhar powder, jaggery powder, salt,Hing and tamarind juice mix well and keep aside for half an hour. Then do seasoning with mustard seeds, groundnut, channa Dal,uraddal, green chilli and karibevu and mix well with the poha after it becomes hot add grated coconut and til seeds powder and mix well and top with it coriander
