Galouti Kebabs
Minced Meat
Raw Papaya
Salt as per taste
Ginger, Garlic
Black Cardamom
Poppy Seeds
Nutmeg, Red Chilli Powder
Coriander Leaves
Green Chillies
Gram Flour
Lemon Juice


Step By Step Method

  • Take 75-100 gms raw papaya, grated coconut, 1 tbsp chopped ginger and garlic, cloves, black cardamom, 2 tbsp roasted poppy seeds, 4-5 peppercorns, 1 tbsp cinnamon piece and salt as per taste and grind them together to make a fine paste.
    Marinate the minced meat in the ground ingredients and keep it aside for 4-5 hours.
    Mix together the coriander leaves, green chillies, roasted gram flour and eggs in a pan.
    Add the minced meat to the mixture and make a dough.
    Make round patties of your desired size from the kneaded dough. Refrigerate it for an hour or so.
    Heat the ghee in a frying pan.
    Fry the kebabs, browning both the sides on medium flames.
    Sprinkle lemon juice and Serve it hot.
