2 Cus of Leftover Rice
1/4 Freshly & finely cut veggies carrots, bell peppers, beans and cabbage
Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder
Soya Sauce
Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste

Step By Step Method
Heat oil in a cooking pan.
Add garlic, onion and saute it on a medium flame.
Put in all the chopped veggies and cook till they become soft.
Add the leftover rice and fry it for two minutes.
Add turmeric and red chilli powder and 2 tsp soya sauce.
Give it a nice stir.
Serve it hot, garnished with finely chopped coriander leaves.
