  • 2 Cus of Leftover Rice
  • 1/4 Freshly & finely cut veggies carrots, bell peppers, beans and cabbage
  • Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder
  • Soya Sauce
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cooking Oil


Step By Step Method

    • Heat oil in a cooking pan.
    • Add garlic, onion and saute it on a medium flame.
    • Put in all the chopped veggies and cook till they become soft.
    • Add the leftover rice and fry it for two minutes.
    • Add turmeric and red chilli powder and 2 tsp soya sauce.
    • Give it a nice stir.
    • Serve it hot, garnished with finely chopped coriander leaves.
