A simple eggless chocolate cake recipe from scratch with stepwise easy illustrations to bake a moist, decadent chocolate cake.


1/3 tin of condensed Milk
150 gms.of Maida
15 gms.of Co-Coa Powder
1 tspn of Baking Powder
1 tspn of Soda-Bicarb
60 gms.of Butter
½ tspn of Vanilla Essence
cup of Milk
Pinch of salt

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1

    Sift Maida, baking powder, soda bicarb, cocoa powder and salt.

    Step 2

    Beat butter, sugar and condensed milk till the mixture turns fluffy.

    Step 3

    Add vanilla essence and milk to the sift mixture.

    Step 4

    Beat till the mixture becomes smooth and light.

    Step 5

    Grease the baking dish and place the batter in it. 

    Step 6

    Bake for 180o Centigrade for 30 minutes. Cool it on a wire rack and serve.
