Ingredients

Ingredients Eggs-2,oil2spoons,bay leaf,green chilli, sliced onions 2,1 tomato,chilli powder,coriander powder 2spoons,turmeric 1tea spoon,garam masala 1tea spoon,salt as per taste and green coriander for Garnish. Also I have used striped cucumber dressed with oil,salt and coriander as salad Garnish.

Step By Step Method

  • Take a kadai,heat the oil,add bay leaf,saunf and onions fry until golden,then add tomato and the dry powders like turmeric,chilli powder,garam masala,coriander powder and salt.saute until the oil separates and add the boiled eggs cut into half and Garnish with coriander leaves. Egg Masala is ready to be served with phulkas and parathas😊
