Chicken lollipop - 1/2 kg or approx. 8 -10 pieces Oil for frying- 250 ml Salt to taste Soy sauce - 1 tbsp Red chillies - 10 Spring onions - a few sprigs Honey - 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Pepper powder - 1 tsp Garlic - 3 pods finely diced Onions- 2 medium sized finely diced

Step By Step Method

  • 1. Marinate the lollipop with salt, soy sauce , ginger Garlic paste and a tsp of oil and set aside. 2. Grind the red chillies in a tbsp of hot water and add the honey to this mixture once done. 3. Deep fry the lollipops until golden brown and set aside 4. In another vessel, saute garlic, onions and add the chilly honey mixture to this. Check for taste and add a dash of soy sauce if needed. Add the lollipops and stir gently. Ensure that all the pieces are coated with the gravy. Serve by garnishing with spring onions
