Step By Step Method

  • Step 1 : Marinate - add chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, rice flour, Aatta, cornflower, salt , pepper and water. Mix it well Nd keep it in d refrigerator for few mins. Step 2: Take a pan add oil , and deep fry the marinated chicken. Step 3 : Add red dry chilly, a piece of onion, ginger, garlic, sugar and little water and grind it. This becomes a thick paste. Step 4: Take a pan add oil, spring onions, capsicum, onion, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce and fry Now add the ground paste , fry until raw smell is gone. Add little chilly powder, coriander powder, termeric powder , Maggie masala, and stir Add peri peri sauce, tomato sauce, lemon and mix well Finally add the deep fried chicken and mix well.
