Ingredients

1)Mix everything together and pour
the mixture in the glass jar.
2)Place the jar in the Prestige Yogurt
Maker for 6 hours or until done.
Now repeat the same with all the
6 jars.
3)Chill overnight.
 
For the Assembly
 
•    Cumin powder        :    1/4 tsp
•    Red chilly powder        :     ¼ tsp.
•    Sugar (powdered)        :    1 tsp.
•    Green chutney        :    2 tbsp
•    Tamarind chutney        :    2 tbsp
•    Papdi        :    8 nos
•    Boiled chopped Potato    :    1/4 cup
    (cut into cubes)
•    Sev        :    3 tbsp
•    Chopped coriander        :    1 tbsp
•    Salt to taste

Step By Step Method

  • 1)Mix the set yogurt with red chilly powder,
    sugar powder, cumin powder, salt &
    keep aside.
    2)Place the papdi in the bottle, layer with
    the potato and sev.
    3)Drizzle mint chutney & tamarind chutney
    & top with yogurt.
    4)Repeat the process until the jar is filled,
    garnish with chopped coriander.
    5) Do the same for all the jars.
    6)Serve immediately.
