An Italian heart with a flavor of India will blow away your taste buds. Fusion of crusted millets volcano, veggies and cheese, seasoned with fresh herbs, to be relished with aromatic coriander & mint chutney and handpicked tomato ketchup.


Ingredients

1.For Cone: Mixed millet floor- ½ cup, Turmeric 1 pinch Red chili powder ½ tsp Baking powder 1/8 tsp Oil 1 tsp Garlic paste – 1/4 tsp Coriander + Cumin powder – 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp ( as per taste) Water 2 tbsp ( as per requirement less or more) 2. Stuffing – Cheese grated ½ cup Onion 1 tbsp Capsicum – 1 tbsp Oregano – 1 tsp Corn – 1 tbsp Pepper powder – 1 pinch Chilli flakes ( optional)

Step By Step Method

  • Cone • Keep oil on gas to make it hot for frying. • Add millet floor, chilli powder, salt, oil, turmeric, garlic paste, baking powder in a bowl. • Add water and make dough as paratha dough consistency. • Make 4 equal parts of dough. • Take cone mold and apply this dough in conical shape. • Fry cone in hot oil till mold comes out from dough. Stuffing • Add Cheese, seasoning , onion, capsicum, corn, pepper powder, chilli flakes( optional for spicy version) in a bowl. • Mix all well. Serving • Take cone and fill the stuffing. • Serve with green chutney or ketchup • Seasoned with fresh herbs
