It's a famous dish and dish that can be done easily for evening snacks with a strong coffee . It's Maddur vade In this recipe I am preparing in such a way that no one will go eat in restaurant we can do it at home and fill the craving tummy.


1 cup onion 1 tsp Ginger 1 tsp green chilies Curry leaves 3 to 4 TSP crushed ground nuts 1 tsp white sesame 1/2 cup medium rava 1/2 cup mida 1/3 rice flour Salt butter Oil


Bowl to mix the ingredients Fry pan to fry Serving plate

Step By Step Method

  • Take a bowl put onions chilly and ginger mix it well . Then put white sesame Then put crushed ground nuts and even we can put crushed cashews Then put rava Mida and rice flour mix it well Add salt Then boil 2 tsp of oil in a pan and pour in the mixture then add butter or ghee Mix it well Then add water seeing the consistency Leave for 15 min and the fry in oil make round shape like vade Enjoy your snacks.
