6 cups of water

2 sticks of Cinnamon

¼ cup of thinly sliced Ginger

Honey as per taste

    • Boil the water with sticks of cinnamon and thinly sliced ginger.

    • Once the boiled herbal tea cools down to a warm temperature, mix in honey as per your taste and have the rejuvenating drink.
