my kids all time fav chola puri love to explore dishes of different culture and experiment on them tried my kinda chola masala ehich f one of my familesfav dish hope u all like it pls enjoy lets start soak 200gms chickpeas over nite keep aside with the soaked water slong chickpeas add some salt and soda give 2-3 whistles in prestige pressure cooker keep aside Take thickbottom prestige pan heat 100ml oil sayte onions until golden brown next add tomatoes on high flame stir continously for sbit 15-20 mnts untill it becomes soft simmer the flame add curds let it cook for snother 15 mnts untill color turns red next add inthe spices all masalas stir well and add chola prep in pressure cooker mix well alternate with salt and garnish with coriander chillies slit slit ginger lemen and serve with hot pooris pooris: mix all poori ingredients together soak dough fr 20mnts cover with damp cloth make pooris fry them snd serve with hot chole and pls give a feed back
