This nutty and yummy chocolate fudge has influence of pre British era, found on the way to Lonawala and in Ooty. Though texture wise it is soft but firm and can be had as it is or goes well with an ice cream as well. A true lover of chocolate will just indulge in it thoroughly.


Compound dark chocolate grated 100gms condensed milk 400gmsbutter 4 tbsp Plain khova grated 1 cup chopped and dry roasted cashewnuts 1/2 cup

Step By Step Method

  • Melt butter in a nonstick pan.Add dark chocolate. Keep stirring till it melts. Add condensed milk. Keep stirring till it thickens. Add cashews and khova. Keep stirring till it starts leaving the sides. Pour this on a greased pan. Leave it till it cools. Refrigerate it for one hour. Cut into desired shapes and serve it.
