Chicken stuffed bread is a delicious snack recipe that you prepare for your loved ones. It has a beautiful glazed crunchy crust with mouth watering chicken inside. It can be prepared easily & can be savoured by both kids and adults. It is served with a creamy sauce which simply makes the best thing taste even better.


Dough - Plain flour 2 cups Milk powder 1 tbsp Yeast 1 tsp Egg 1 Oil 2 tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Warm milk as required Warm water 2 tbsp Filling - Chicken 1 cup (boiled) Milk 1 cup Plain flour 2 tbsp Onion 1 chopped Black pepper powder 1 tsp All spice powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Green chilli 4 Sesame seeds for harnish Butter 2 tbsp Egg 1 Dip- Mayo 2 tbsp Cream 2 tbsp Vinegar few drops Crushed garlic Pepper powder


Microwave oven, Pan, Stove, Large bowl, 2-3 cups

Step By Step Method

  • Dough Preparation - 1. In a cup take lukewarm water, dissolve sugar & yeast and keep it aside for sometime. Take a large bowl, add maida, salt, milk powder, egg & yeast mixture, oil and knead it well with warm milk. Now keep this dough aside for about 1 or 2 hours till it rises double in size. For Filling - 1. Heat butter in a pan and add chopped onions & saute till it turns translucent. Now , add maida & stir for 2 mins, add a little milk at a time and cook well, now add salt, pepper, garam masala powder and cook, add shredded chicken and mix well. Add green chilli, coriander after 5 mins & let this mixture cool down. 2.Before making bread, preheat the oven on convection mode for 20 minutes at 200° C. Now take the dough and divide into 2 parts, take 1 part and dust dry flour on slab and roll it. Stuff the filling and make desired shape with the other part of dough, coat the bread with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake it for about 20 to 25 mins at 200° C. Glaze it with butter and your bread is ready
