Chicken breast with thin sliced and then stuffed with some veggies and cheese. Quick starter recipe with a twist.


Ingredients

Ingredients: 1. Chicken breast – 500gm 2. Lime juice – 2tablespoon 3. Black pepper powder – 1teaspoon 4. Red chilli powder – 1teaspoon 5. Green chilli paste – 1teaspoon 6. Ginger garlic paste – 1tablespoon 7. Oil – 2tablespoon 8. Chaat masala – 1tablespoon 9. Garam masala – 1teaspoon 10. Salt to taste 11. Butter -2 tablespoon For filling: 1. Finely chopped bell peppers (red, green, yellow capsicum)- 2tablespoon 2. Grated processed cheese – ½ bowl 3. Finely chopped green chilli – 1teaspoon 4. Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1tablespoon 5. Black pepper powder – 1teaspoon 6. Chaat masala – ½ teaspoon

Frying pan or oven, 2 bowls, 3 spoons, 1 kitchen hammer, 1 tongs,1 chopping board, 1 knife,1Cheese Grater, 1 plating plate, 1 mixie

Step By Step Method

  • 1. Cut the chicken breast in thin slices. 2. Now with the help of kitchen hammer beat it properly so that it expands. 3. Now in a mixing bowl put lime juice, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, oil, chaat masala, garam masala and salt. 4. Mix all these ingredients and coat the thin slices of chicken both the sides and keep it for marination for 1- 2 hrs in fridge. For filling: 1. In a mixing bowl put grated cheese, finely chopped bell peppers, black pepper powder, coriander leaves, green chilli, chaat masala and mix them. 2. Now spread the sliced chicken and put the filling and roll it tightly. Roll all the sliced chicken. 3. Now in a wok put oil and butter together and put the chicken pinwheels and grill them till golden colour. 4. Take the chicken pinwheels and cut them according to your shape.....here we have cut it diagonally. Serve it with spicy chatni or sauce.
