1. In a mixing bowl mix the chicken pieces with all the ingredients except cashew paste,brown onion paste and atar ! 2. In a frying pan,heat the oil.Saute 3 samll cinamon sticks,2/3 cardamon and cloves.after coming the good aroma, pour the chicken mixer into the pan and mix it very well.after mixing, cover the lid and cook it around 15 minutes in low flame.then open the lid and mix the rest ingredients like cashew and brown onion paste and coconut milk .Mix it well and cover the lid again for 5 to 10 minutes or so untill oil comes out on top ! 3. Off the flame and add 2 drops of atar and keep the lid close for sometime (rest time) 4.Chicken korma is ready !!! Serve according your choice !! ☺️☺️

1. Chicken - 1/2 kg 2. Hang curd - 1/4 cup 3. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp 4. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp 5. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp 6. Nutmeg powder -1/2 tsp 7. Mace powder - 1/2 tsp 8. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp 9. Cashew nuts paste - 2 tbsp 10. Brown onion paste - 1 tbsp 11. Salt -as per taste 12. Red chili powder -2 tbsp ( according spice) 13. Oil - 1/3 cup 14. Ghee- 1tsp 15. Mitha atar - 2 drops 16. Coconut milk- 1/3 cup
