Ingredients

For chicken filling 150grams Boneless chicken,cut into very small pieces, 2tbsp Curd 1/4tsp turmaric powder 1tsp lemon juice 1spring curry leaves 1tsp jeggery 2tbsp ghee Salt to taste 3whole dry red chillies 1/2tsp whole Black Peppercorns 1cloves 1/4tsp methi seeds 1tsp coriander seeds 1/2,tsp cumin seeds 3clove garlic 1/2tbsp tamarind paste For Muffins batter... For dry ingredients 1cup plain flour 1tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4tsp salt 2tbsp chopped Coriander leaves 1tsp chaat masala powder 1tsp garam masala powder 1/2tsp chilli flakes For wet ingredients 1/2 cup milk 1egg 1/4cup vegetable oil For strawberry souce 1cup fresh strawberry paste 2tbsp suger 1tsp lemon juice 1/2tsp ginger garlic paste 1tsp black pepper powder 1/2tsp kashmiri red chilli powder 1/4 tsp Salt 1tsp chopped coriander leaves 1tbsp butter

Step By Step Method

  • To make strawberry souce 1.In a non stick pan heat butter 2.add ginger garlic paste and stir 3.add strawberry paste,salt,suger,lemon juice,coriander leaves,black pepper powder,kashmiri red chilli powder 4.Stirring well,set aside. To make chicken ghee roast filling 1.In a mixing bowl,add curd,turmaric and lemon juice and mix well,add the chicken pieces in the curd mixture and marinate for at least 15minutes. 2.Heat a flat skillet and add dry red chillies,methi seeds,clove, and peppercorns,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,roast them on low flame till the aroma of the spices wafts through the air,turn off the flame and allow to cool. 3.Once the spices are cool,add them to a mixer jar along with the garlic and tamarind paste along with a tbsp of water into a smooth paste,keep it aside. 4.Heat kadhai with ghee,add curry leaves and allow to crackle,now lower the flame and add chicken that is marinate with curd into the kadhai and cook. 5.Add the ghee roast masala into kadhai and mix everything together until it combines,cook the chicken in the pan until ghee separates out and reches the surface. 6.Finally add in the jaggery,salt,and mix well.Once jaggery has melted,mix well and switch off the heat,keep aside. To make the muffins 1.preheat oven to 180C. 2.Brush the oil 6 standard muffins moulds. 3.Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl 4.Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl. 5.Pour wet into the dry ingredients bowl,mix times,add coriander leaves,mix well. 6.Add chicken mixture to the flour mixture,do not over stir the batter. 7.Divide the batter between 6 moulds in muffins in with a spoon .Batter should be thick. 8.Bake for 20 25 minutes or until the muffins are golden. 9.Remove onto cooling rack. 10.Serve with strawberry souce.
