Chenna (fresh paneer)
Sugar or Jaggery
Cardamom powder
Semolina
Ghee
Cashews & raisins

Step By Step Method

  • Use a deep-bottomed pan and put it on medium flame. Fry the cashews and keep them aside. Use kitchen tissues to remove extra oil.
    Add semolina and chenna (fresh panner), sugar & crushed nuts in a bowl and mix them well.
    Now, place small bowls in a baking tray. Add a little ghee along with sugar in each bowl.
    Add the mixture in the bowls and spread them evenly with the help of a spatula. Cover the pan with foil paper and bake for 30-40 minutes.
    Garnish Chenna Poda and Serve hot.
