Cute little crispy cones stuffed with cheesy corn veggie salad which can be serve as a best starter or an appetite

Ingredients for stuffing : Steamed Sweet corn - 1cup Onions - 1 Tomato - 1 Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup Salt Chilli powder Jeera powder Chat masala Nimbu juice - 1/2 spoon Grated Cheese - 1/4cup Dough for cones : Maida - 1/2cup Chiroti rava - 1/2cup Oil - 1spoon Salt Carom seeds - 1/2 spoon

Step By Step Method

  • 1. Prepare a tight dough with the ingredients listed under “dough” column and close with a muslin cloth and keep aside for 10mins 2. Now take a small ball sized dough, roll it using little dry flour into a small circle, cut into 4 pieces, pierce it with a fork as shown above, to avoid bubbling. 3. Prepare slurry with maida and Water, apply this and make cone in each cut piece as shown in the pic.. 4. Deep fry all the prepared cones in medium flame to become crisp and fry till golden brown and take them out. 5. In a pan add very little oil, steamed sweet corn, finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, and sauté for 2 mins and off the stove 6. Now add grated cheese, salt, chilli powder, jeera powder, chat masala , lime juice and mix well. Cheese melts and the mixture forms really a nice texture. Keep this aside. 7. Take a cone, fill the corn cheese mixture and serve the cute corn cheese cones with pudina chutney and tomato sauce.
