4 cups of fresh Blueberries

1 cup of Water

¾ cup of White Sugar

3 tablespoons of Cornstarch

A pinch of Salt

1 (9 inch) pie crust baked

3 tablespoons of Butter
Step By Step Method

Step 1
Take a saucepan, stir the sugar, salt and cornstarch together. Add the water and 1 cup of blueberries. Start cooking the mixture.
Step 2
Keep stirring this mixture gently on a medium flame till thick, say for another 8-10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the butter, switch off the heat source and let it cool for 5 minutes. Now add the remaining blueberries to it.
Step 4
Pour this mixture into a baked pie shell and let it cool in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. You yummy Blueberry pie is ready.
