Step By Step Method

  • Crush the biscuits well and mix it with melted butter and 4tbsp of powdered sugar and press it into the bottom of the pyrex dish and keep it in the fridge to set.

    Mix the condensed milk with milk and yolk of the egg and make custard on a low fire stirring all the time.

    When it becomes thick take off the fire and keep aside.

    Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and mix it into the custard and leaves it to cool.

    Beat the egg white stiff and a pinch of salt , then mix it into he custard , slowly fold into the custard. Pour it on top of the biscuit and leave it int the fridge to set.
